We began our journey from the outskirts of Loughborough, tracing the path of the River Soar as it meandered northward through Normanton on Soar and Zouch, until we reached Kegworth. Returning, we made our way south, passing through Long Whatton and Shepshed, completing our scenic exploration.
Venturing from the outskirts of Loughborough, our walk began with the soothing melodies of the River Soar guiding our path. Following its gentle flow northward, we journeyed through Normanton on Soar and Zouch, eventually arriving in Kegworth.
We embarked on the return leg of our journey, passing through the idyllic countryside and reaching the village of Long Whatton and then the town of Shepshed.
Our adventure had come full circle, leaving us with a profound appreciation for the beauty that lies just beyond the outskirts of Loughborough, our home.
